For Latin American and Africa, it takes about 25 to 60 days. bad weather, holidays, hot seasons or custom clearance might cause delay of the delivery.
2. EMS: The delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks to reach the addressee. EMS is not applicable for some Latin American countries and Africa countries. if you don’t sure about it, contact with your local post or us to check before placing order.
3. DHL: The delivery time is about 5 to 8 days. When you choose DHL, please make sure the addressee is not a remote area, otherwise, there will be an extra charge of 38USD by DHL, please call DHL to check, or check it on
4. UPS, FEDEX, TNT and other shipping way all are available, contact us freely to get a quotation for the freight.
5. In order to ensure you receive goods just paying lower, less taxes, we’ll declare the custom invoice with lower value, we lower money is just for helping you to save money. Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
